By placing your order, you confirm that you accept our Terms and Conditions, including the return and refund policy, which forms an integral part of the purchase agreement.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. If this period is exceeded, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., unused, with the original labels and in its original packaging. For products with hygiene issues, the product must be thoroughly cleaned before the return procedure begins.
The customer is required to check the product immediately upon delivery and report any defects or inaccuracies as soon as possible, preferably within a reasonable time after receipt.
For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as underwear, tights, or certain personal hygiene products, cannot be returned. In the event of a complaint, products can only be returned in accordance with the rules in force.
To initiate the return process, send an email to support@levianaanddaughters.com indicating the order number, the reason for the return, photos of the product (in case of damage), and your contact details. We recommend that you provide proof of shipment of the returned products, such as the tracking number. If the customer chooses the carrier themselves, we are not responsible for lost shipments.
After receiving and checking the returned products, we will send you an email informing you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If accepted, the refund will be automatically processed according to your initial payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned products or notification of the return.
The refund may be suspended or refused if the products are not in the required condition, have been used, or have been damaged. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account. If the amount still does not appear, please contact us at support@levianaanddaughters.com.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products. You have the right to choose your own carrier. We recommend that you use a service that allows you to track the shipment so that you can prove delivery. All risks and costs associated with transportation, including possible loss or damage, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be made to China and shipping costs are at least $35, which are the responsibility of the customer. All costs associated with returning products, including customs duties and other taxes, are also the responsibility of the customer. If the products are not returned with the appropriate documentation or without payment of all costs, the return may be refused.
In the event of a complaint, products must be returned to our company address. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. If the error is repeated, the total amount will be refunded to you.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped, due to our automated system.
Products that are likely to deteriorate quickly, such as food, flowers, or plants, cannot be returned. Special orders or personalized products, as well as personal care products such as cosmetics, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Back orders and gift certificates also cannot be returned.

Please check your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge.
If your order has been delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as customs inspection, we can refund you upon request, provided that more than 60 days have passed. If less than 60 days have passed, we cannot refund you.
If you need to change the size or color of your order, we will endeavor to contact the carrier. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible, especially if the order has already been shipped.
If the buyer initiates a dispute procedure via their credit card or PayPal without first contacting our customer service department, this may complicate the return or refund process. We recommend that you always contact our customer service department first so that we can work together to find the best possible solution.
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will inform you if the refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be made using the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the products upon receipt of the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as postal services, customs authorities, or transportation companies. Before filing a claim, you must contact our customer service department by email at support@levianaanddaughters.com. We usually respond within 3 business days and ask our customers to be patient and give us the opportunity to resolve the issue internally.
