If the last order date is before 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time, New York), processing is carried out on the same day.
Processing time: 1-3 days (Mon-Sat)
Shipping time: 8-18 days (Mon-Sat)
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.
Delayed orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time for your order has expired and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two additional days and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you accepted your package, but it is damaged or the items are incorrect (e.g., wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the problem, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
